Ann Rice, our Director of Marketing, is a native of the area and is very involved in the community. With over 25 years of real estate experience, Ann brings a wealth of knowledge and sales expertise to our department. Her previous officer and board level positions in banking and real estate financial services have made her an integral part of our staff. Her cheerful demeanor and helpful attitude make her a delightful member of the marketing team. She enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with her husband and two wonderful sons.

Bermuda Run resident, Shirley Moyer, has extensive knowledge of the Bermuda Run community and the surrounding areas. A Davie County native, Shirley has also lived in the western and northeastern parts of the U.S. Having lived in other areas prepared her for the market at Bermuda Village - a worldwide community.
