Bermuda Run County Club and Bermuda Village are sister properties. Bermuda Run Country Club is an exclusive private club that offers its members a variety of features and services, including 36 holes of golf, a tennis and swim center and two clubhouses that provide complete dining amenities. The club is situated within a 1,000-acre gated community that includes homes, town-homes and Bermuda Village. As a resident of Bermuda Village, you are a member of the club and entitled to all the benefits it offers. It enhances your retirement lifestyle and can be enjoyed with family and friends when they visit you.

What type of health care is offered within Bermuda Village?

Bermuda Village contains a health center that is staffed on a 24-hour basis by licensed professional nurses. A range of preventative and outpatient services is offered, with an emphasis on Wellness programs. Personal care is provided for residents suffering from a minor illness or recuperating from surgery. In addition, assisted living services and skilled nursing care are available within the health center, if you ever need them.

Can my family and friends visit?

Who is responsible for maintenance on the homes in Bermuda Village?

All exterior maintenance and repair on the condominium buildings is handled by the homeowners association and funded through dues that are part of the monthly service fee. Residents are responsible for interior maintenance on their individual units. In the villas, residents are responsible for all exterior and interior repairs and maintenance. Landscaping and lawn care are provided.

How is security handled at Bermuda Village?

Your sense of well-being is one of our primary concerns. Bermuda Village is located within the gated community of Bermuda Run, with 24-hour security stations situated at the entrances. Bermuda Village also is staffed on a 24-hour basis. In addition, an emergency call system is located in the bedrooms and bathrooms of all homes, as well as within other areas of the village.
